Biography:

B.S. Psychology, Double Minor Biology & Computer Science, Lipscomb University.
M.A. Psychology, University of North Carolina – Wilmington.

As the laboratory manager of Dr. Thiele’s lab, my responsibilities include training new personnel, updating protocols and procedures, as well as maintaining and repairing equipment. I assist with running experiments, sample collection, and data analysis. I manage the spending of our grant budgets, inventory management, processing and reconciling orders, as well as census counts, among many other tasks. In addition, I organize the monthly interdepartmental group that allows representatives from each lab and other departments the opportunity to discuss upcoming projects, shared program equipment, policy changes, etc.

In my spare time, I craft in a variety of mediums and participate at local craft shows and conventions with my partner.
